Perspective: Full-Timer to purely remote and self-employed worker
As a serial full-timer since end of 2003, being a purely remote and self-employed worker is totally new to me.
The negative notions about the 9 to 5 never resonated with me!
I approach work decisions differently.
If I find a full-time job that aligns with my decision taking tool, I will get back to a full time and at an office.
I like working from offices, they have certain charm to me as well, especially if the role and employers’ mission and process fit my criteria.
Currently, I am doing a meaningful work in career and org. coaching, which is being rewarding from my room (fake window and vase from Instagram :) ).
Workspaces and flexibility can affect decisions, but for me it is all about the role nature and impact that come as priorities!
